Recently, GPS Renewables took over 90 % of the business shares in proweps envirotec GmbH. This transaction is the result of a long-time trustful and successful cooperation between proweps and GPS on the Indian market. The synergies of both companies in engineering and product supply will provide many new opportunities and growth in the international market. Proweps has delivered process know how and extensive engineering services for many bioCNG plants in India that are meanwhile in different execution phases (engineering, construction, commissioning, operation).
